Beyond the Press Release:
Indie Film Marketing & Publicity Essentials
Wednesday, November 29 | 6-8pm | 2112 (4245 N Knox Ave)
Join IFP Chicago and local film publicist Lisa Trifone for an in-depth conversation around the essentials of independent film marketing and publicity. From traditional to out-of-the-box, marketing and promoting your film starts the minute the idea is born, and keeping that top of mind through production, festival premieres and distribution can be the difference between a breakthrough success and cinematic obscurity. Whether it's a professional, useful press kit; an innovative, engaging social media strategy; or the right relationships to garner media attention, knowing how to go about it all is essential.
